A Kraft salad dressing ad has sparked controversy as it features a male model wearing nothing but the corner of a tablecloth.   Does this ad make you want to buy salad dressing?

     Barry Zevan The Weatherman joins Don and Dan on "Spotlight" this morniing at 8:20...Zevan is celebrating 70 years in the media and will later this year be inducted into the Minnesota Broadcasters Hall Of Fame.  New Daddy Corey Provus returns at 8:40 this morning to talk about the Twins...and his new Son Connor.  Billy Steiner will preview Solstice on "The Steiner Chronicles" at 9:15 and Dr Jen Ashton joins the Boys at 9:40 as the Hockey Doc will talk Sleep and Hockey.

     Working Dogs are in the "Spotlight" at 8:20 this morning...as we discuss "The Possibility Dogs" with author Susannah Charleson. 

      Wendy Wilde will tell you about a new RESTORE coming to Mankato but more importantly she will tell you about some huge hail and strong winds that caused damage yesterday.  Barry Wortel recaps another Twins win and all of the local action that got in despite bad weather. Don Rivet and Dan McCargar have a couple funny stories up their sleeves...plus a couple chances to be a winner.

     Wendy Wilde has all of the days Local News with full broadcasts at 7:05 and 8:15.  Barry Wortel will recap a Twins win...a Moondogs win and a Spurs victory plus preview tonights Mankato Motors/Mankato Peppers/Mayba All City Baseball and Softball Team Banquet.

     The Morning Blend from a Pontoon?  That is where we should be this morning....broadcasting from Lake Washington or Madison Lake....dropping a line and fishing whilst doing the show....that would be great Radio!  Our listeners should be fishing this morning rather than sitting behind a desk at a bank or office complex...or working in a clinic. What do you say?  We all meet at an area lake in a half hour...and nobody goes to work...but the Morning Blend. (Editors Note:  McCargar is going off on a tangent again and should know we won't be broadcasting from the Lake today...humor him)

     After a week of vacation mostly spent in Kansas City...Don Rivet IS BACK!  The Only Morning Radio Host that many of you have EVER LISTENED TO is back this morning and we couldn't be happier! Don Rivet...Dan McCargar...Barry Wortel and Wendy Wild...THE KTOE MORNING BLEND...will be back together for a couple of weeks until Barry takes time in July.
