Narcotics Arrest in North Mankato

After purchasing one-half ounce of suspected cocaine from Richard Jon Ruch last month, today agents from the Minnesota River Valley Drug Task Force and North Mankato police arrested the 21-year-old.
Ruch has been charged with conspiracy to commit controlled substance crimes - sales in the first degree.
Charges are pending for one additional suspect.
